Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zpot'N Go. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and may not impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or attempt to bypass suspension or moderation.

Daily and featured challenges are governed by the rules shown in the app, including challenge windows, submission limits, retry delays, scoring, and streak timing.

Submissions must be your own, must accurately represent the requested object or requirement, and must comply with platform rules. Zpot'N Go may reject, reverse, or manually review submissions that appear unclear, unsafe, manipulated, fraudulent, or outside the rules.

Points, streaks, ranks, badges, and rewards are product features, not stored-value rights. We may correct obvious scoring or leaderboard errors to preserve fairness.

Some challenge flows depend on camera access, uploaded photos, and location data. If you submit a challenge that requires those permissions, you authorize Zpot'N Go to process that data for verification, fraud prevention, moderation, and leaderboard features.

Zpot'N Go uses automated systems, including AI services, to evaluate challenge photos and may use human review for safety, quality, and dispute handling.

You may not harass other users, manipulate rankings, collude to cheat, scrape platform data, abuse invite systems, or use bots or automation to interact with the service.

We may remove content, hide rankings, limit features, or suspend accounts to protect competitive integrity and user safety.

Brand, slot, and campaign tools in the business portal are subject to availability, moderation, and approval workflows. Purchases and billing are processed through Stripe or other configured payment providers.

You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and rights-clearance of campaign creative, text, links, and promotional claims submitted through the portal.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, harmed other users, interfered with the platform, or attempted to evade enforcement.

We may also preserve records needed for moderation, fraud prevention, payments, legal compliance, or dispute resolution after suspension or deletion.

Zpot'N Go is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zpot'N Go will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
