Retry with a clearer, well-lit photo of the requested object taken fresh in the app — old or gallery photos won't verify. If the main object is tricky, use the easier backup option shown on the challenge screen to keep your streak alive for fewer points.

Streaks reset if a day is missed before the challenge resets. Earn Streak Shields by keeping a streak going (at 3, 7, 14, and 30 days) to protect against a future miss. If you believe this happened due to a bug, contact us with your username and the date.

Open the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently deletes your login, profile, and social connections. Challenge, location, points, moderation, and security records may be retained under an anonymous internal identifier. If you can’t access the app, contact support and we’ll process the deletion for you.

Location is optional for standard daily challenges. Some featured challenges may ask for location to confirm you’re near a specific place. You can deny or revoke location access anytime in your device settings — the app will still work for standard challenges.

Points earned from verified challenges count toward global, regional, seasonal, friends, and league leaderboards. Seasons run for a fixed number of days, shown on your Profile, and reset rankings when they end.
