Privacy Policy

Account and profile information such as your email address, display name, username, avatar, and authentication identifiers.

When you submit a challenge, we collect your photo, challenge metadata, verification results, points, streak activity, and submission timestamps.

If you allow location access, we collect latitude/longitude at submission time and may store derived country/city data for regional rankings and featured location-based challenges. Location is optional for standard daily challenges.

If you use social features, we store your friendships, groups, leagues, leaderboard position, badges, and season history. This is an in-app social graph only — Zpot'N Go does not access or upload your phone's address book.

We also collect device information, app-usage events, push notification tokens, and crash/diagnostic data to keep the app working reliably.

• run the daily challenge, scoring, streak, and leaderboard systems;
• verify challenge submissions, with automated checks and, when needed, manual review;
• calculate global, regional, seasonal, friends, and league rankings;
• power friends, groups, leagues, and featured challenges;
• deliver notifications and product messages;
• detect abuse, fraud, cheating, spam, and policy violations;
• operate, debug, and improve the app.

Zpot'N Go uses automated verification to check whether a submitted photo matches the requested challenge object. Submission photos, challenge labels, and limited metadata may be sent to trusted service providers solely for verification, safety review, and related product operations.

Challenge photos are not displayed on a public share page unless you explicitly choose "Share my photo" from the sharing preview. You can instead share challenge artwork without publishing your photo. Public shares may show your display name, challenge, points, streak, and the photo or artwork you selected, but never precise GPS coordinates.

Public share links can be reviewed and revoked at any time from Settings → Shared Zpots. Revoking a link disables its page and social preview. Permanently deleting your account also removes every public share link, while internal challenge and moderation evidence may be retained as described below.

We share information only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect the platform — for example, with our cloud database/authentication provider, hosting infrastructure, and the verification service noted above. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep account, challenge, and activity records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce our rules, and comply with legal obligations.

You can permanently delete your account at any time — see Support for how. Login credentials, profile identity, social connections, device tokens, and account access are removed. We may retain challenge, location, points, moderation, and security records under an anonymous internal identifier for platform integrity, analytics, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

• Update your profile information from within the app.
• Control leaderboard visibility, username discovery, and notifications from Settings.
• Disable location or notification permissions in your device settings.
• Delete your account directly from the app's Settings.
• Review and revoke public challenge shares from Settings → Shared Zpots.

Zpot'N Go is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly allow users under 13 to register, and our sign-up flow enforces a minimum age requirement.
